Emunah Chronicles

In 1948, Israel became a nation once more. Jews scattered all over the earth returned to their ancestral home and earned recognition as a country in its own right. That's one of the signs of the end times. Today, war has broken out in the region. In the book of Daniel, there will come a time when the Antichrist forces Israel to sign a peace treaty. That wouldn't be necessary unless war has broken out and gone out of control.

The world's climate's gone awry. Record high temperatures are seen uncharacteristically. National disasters are occurring with scary frequency.

Technology has advanced at a breakneck pace. Science has unlocked the ability to change DNA at will. Microchips can be implanted under the skin to allow the payment of goods. The technology for Antichrist to rule the world with an iron fist and implement the horrors told in the Book of Revelation already exist.

In all these, instead of looking out trying to identify the Antichrist, we should look up for our salvation draws nigh.

This series, though a work of fiction, is meant as an encouragement through these increasingly turbulent times. God is in control. Always.

Science fiction takes into consideration the Science of the day and projects what could happen in the future given a certain trajectory. Looking at what's going on in the world today and what is predicted in the Bible, my Emunah novel is an example of what could happen in the foreseeable future and beyond.
