My two favourite authors are J.R. R.Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. I love the world building in both The Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia. It's my dream to write epic stories like these with larger than life fictional characters.

Billy and his fearless pal Bluma unleash epic chaos, ditching school for a daring quest that drives their lion guardian absolutely wild!
Buckle up for a whirlwind adventure with Billy and Bluma, childhood friends whose reunion sparks chaos and courage! When Billy’s immortal parents gift him a glowing, indestructible orb, a mischievous monkey swipes it, dropping it into Bluma’s bread dough. Their lion guardian, Leonard, chomps into the loaf—only to break a tooth on the orb! The kids’ wild solution? Tying Leonard’s tooth to a boulder and sending it hurtling downhill, yanking the tooth out as the lion crashes into a stone wall. But the collision reveals a hidden treasure: a shattered porcelain box containing a map and a gold coin stamped with the face of their long-lost nanny, Aunt Mathilda, murdered during the Tribulation but now resurrected as an immortal saint.
Determined to find her, Billy and Bluma sneak out of school, with a grumpy Leonard hot on their heels. The map leads them to a bustling farmer’s market, where they encounter the sinister Junta, a cult leader who uses his dazzling Carnival City to ensnare kids. Junta drugs Leonard, shipping him off to a deadly hunting ground, and lures the kids into a treacherous abyss. When they refuse to join his twisted cause, he locks them up, leaving them trapped in darkness.
Will Billy and Bluma outsmart Junta’s cult? Can they rescue Leonard from a hunter’s trap? Packed with heart-pounding twists, mischievous antics, and a dash of otherworldly mystery, Billy & Bluma: Double Trouble is a page-turner that will keep you hooked until the very last page. Join the quest—available May 2, 2025!
This is the second book in my latest fantasy adventure series: The Adventures of Billy Lionheart.
Trivia for grown ups: Billy first met Bluma in Emunah Short Stories Book 8: Mary's Flight. Parental guidance is advised for that dyspotian novella.

Piqued my interest from the start - writing from the viewpoint of a lion being a nanny … you have to read to find out the rest

Have you noticed how strong relationships, partnerships, and marriages often stem from childhood bonds, school friendships, or church connections? This story introduces Abigail, a relatable heroine who isn’t perfectly organized or blessed with striking beauty. Abigail finds herself drawn to a muscular man with worldly values, overlooking the quiet love and patience of Aaron, her steadfast childhood friend. The story turns darker with Stella, Abigail’s boss, and a Sunday Christian. Stella’s animosity toward Abigail and others leads her down a path of hate, culminating in more sinister acts. It raises thought-provoking questions: Are hatred and murder sins of the same family, although they differ in magnitude? How should a believer respond to such trials? This compelling short story offers valuable lessons about gratitude, faith, and the dangers of taking blessings for granted. It’s a poignant reminder to cherish what we already have. Don’t miss it!
